I agree..who cashed the bet and
how much can you win at the downs?
trb is run by
track owners-----and
hasn't done anything for four years..
in fact the feds got a conviction
against racing and the TRB
didn't even know what was
going on..

What conviction was that, clocker bob? You're not talking about the fix six, are you, because the TRPB was right in the middle of that. So it must be some other conviction you are talking about.

Though not surprising to TRPB, the industry’s year began on a low
note when, on January 13, 2005, an 88-count Indictment was returned
by a federal grand jury charging 17 individuals, including three associates
of the Gambino Organized Crime Family, with operating an illegal
gambling business. The Indictment alleged this group, during a fouryear
period, brokered more than $200 million in bets on horse racing and
other sporting events, laundered money, and participated in a scheme to
fix a horse race at Aqueduct Racetrack by providing a racehorse a
performance enhancing substance. Four Secondary Pari-Mutuel
Organizations (SPMOs) were named, but not charged, in the Indictment.
