when isnt ray hot? when hes on the sidlelines...when croucher was down as trainer the horses didnt race as well....

Coon Dog , you should leave the business of getting snakes out of the racing game to the professionals. We in due time will rid the scene of these thiefs, hopefully putting them behind bars, not just removing them from Racewaypark and wherever else they do business with. We are up to what they are using and how they try to slip in throught the testing procedures.
The day will soon come that these type of common petty thieves will no longer have an avenue to ply their trades. We are working with the state legislature to make criminal these acts and then we will be able to make charges stick and clean this 'scum' whether it be trainers, or the owners you have mentioned. Then you may be able to compete on an even playing field.
This takes time and the process is moving slow , however i assure you, I will not rest until we are successful. I suggest you write your state representatives and voice your displeasure. We need their help in these matters, and if any one has any information they can help us with, I will be glad to hear you out. You can find me at Raceway Park , every racing night.
