EQUIBASE RELEASES LISTS OF NORTH AMERICA'S TOP TRAINERS, JOCKEYS, OWNERS & HORSES IN 2002
Robert Frankel, Jerry Bailey and Stronach Stable head the individual lists of the top 100 jockeys, trainers and owners respectively by North American earnings in 2002, according to final statistics released today by Equibase Company LLC, the Thoroughbred industry's Official database for racing information and statistics.
War Emblem led all Thoroughbreds with 2002 North American earnings of $3,455,000. Following War Emblem was Volponi with earnings of $2,389,200, and Medaglia d'Oro with $2,260,600.
The year-end compilations encompass all Thoroughbred racing in North America.
