Jockey Laviolette injured, out two days

Jockey Shane Laviolette, who was injured during a workout Friday morning, will miss the final two days of Sportsman's Park but, according to his agent Justin Cassity, Shane will honor the call on all of his mounts Sunday, on Hawthorne's opening card.

Correction

It will be erroneously stated on Sunday's opening day program cover that there are only 20 days of racing for the spring meet. In reality, the number is 23.
