TVG, NTRA OFFER ONLINE ARCHIVES OF "THE WORKS" WITH REPLAYS ON TVGNETWORK.COM, BREEDERSCUP.COM

Critically-acclaimed daily show also adds reports from West Coast workouts leading up to the Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships.

TVG Network and the National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA) have collaborated to offer daily replays of TVG's "The Works: Breeders' Cup 2001" on the Internet. TVG is producing 12 episodes of "The Works," which began yesterday and will run through Friday, Oct. 26, the day before the Breeders' Cup at Belmont Park. The one-hour episodes air live on the TVG Network from 11 a.m. to noon ET (8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. PT).

"The Works" is one of TVG's most popular shows, featuring highlights, interviews and analysis of the workouts of leading Breeders' Cup contenders. The show is hosted by Caton Bredar, Gary Mandella and Frank Lyons, with field reporting by Jeff Lifson. In addition, the network announced today that the show will feature wrap-ups of the previous day's workouts on the west coast with Todd Schrupp reporting from Santa Anita.

This is the second year TVG is producing "The Works" for the Breeders' Cup. TVG has also produced versions of "The Works" for the last two runnings of the Kentucky Derby.
