ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (Jan. 28, 2004) -- Arlington Park President Cliff Goodrich announced Wednesday that Denise Larson has been named the track's director of guest services. Larson will report directly to Arlington Park Vice President of Operations Ted Nicholson.
"We are extremely fortunate to be able to add someone with Denise's vast experience in customer service to the Arlington team," said Nicholson. "She will work both internally with our staff, and externally with our guests and clients to ensure that Arlington Park continues to have the best customer service at any entertainment venue in the world."
In her new role, Larson will direct and manage Arlington Park's guest services department with a focus on all aspects of customer relationships and service levels. In addition, she will work closely with all other track departments on programs directed toward guest satisfaction.
Her duties will include on-going customer service training with Arlington employees as well as direct interaction with customers at the track during the live meet and at Trackside OTBs year-round.
