In addition, as part of the ceremonies, a military color guard will present the colors and perform in the Arlington Park winner's circle during a midday ceremony commemorating Armed Force Day. Also, all flags on the Arlington Park tote board will be changed to American flags and red, white and blue bunting will be on display throughout the facility.
