ITBOF charitable fundraiser: John Capizzi


Exercise rider and former jockey John Capizzi was seriously hurt when a horse fell after pulling up in a morning workout. John has been a longtime rider at Fairmount Park. Our prayers and well wishes towards a speedy recovery go out to John.

The Illinois Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners Foundation will be holding a fundraiser to assist John during his recovery.
