SATURDAY JULY 14 BALMORAL PARK CELEBRATES “BACK TO THE TRACK”
The United States Trotting Association (USTA), along with its member racetracks across the country, has designated the weekend as its third annual “Back To The Track” national celebration. The event is designed for longtime race fans and those who haven’t attended live horse racing in a while to get “Back to the Track” to experience how much fun live harness horse racing continues to be as an exciting form of entertainment.
On Saturday, July 14 Balmoral Park in Crete, IL is participating with a variety of special events. In addition to always free parking and admission, Balmoral Park will feature the following:
• FREE T-SHIRT GIVEAWAY
o Five hundred (500) random patrons will receive a FREE commemorative event T-shirt
• MEET DAVE FOGEL OF 94.7 WLS-FM
o Morning show host Dave Fogel from 94.7 WLS-FM will be onsite from 6-8 pm
o WLS-FM promotions team will be onsite with prizes
• FREE DRAWINGS
o Free drawings for prizes such as one of five $100 betting vouchers, Balmoral Park merchandise and more
• LIVE MUSIC
o Performance by Chicagoland favorites John Castino and Scott Boras known as “The Generic Band”

o Hay Rides on the track will be free from 7-9 pm (weather permitting)
