BALMORAL PARK CELEBRATES MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND WITH FIREWORKS, DUELING PIANOS, AND LIVE MUSIC BY TEXAS COUNTRY ARTIST COURTNEY PATTON
Balmoral Park, Chicagoland’s premier harness horse racing facility, is kicking off summer in style with the Miller Lite Memorial Day weekend. In addition to live horse racing, plenty of special events are planned for both Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday (May 26) will feature a live appearance by WCCQ-FM Morning show host ROY GREGORY along with a live musical performance by Texas country music artist COURTNEY PATTON. This performance will be Courtney’s first ever in the Chicagoland area.
The night will also feature $2 bottles (Miller Lite, Coors Light, MGD), $2 food items, and free drawings for prizes ranging from merchandise to $50 cash vouchers.
In addition to all the fun outside, the Balmoral Club Dining Room will be serving an All You Can Eat Crab Leg buffet for $27.95. Along with crab legs the buffet features fish, chicken, pasta station, soups, salad and dessert.
Sunday (May 27) features the fun and excitement of live DUELING PIANOS on the apron throughout the evening with a FIREWORKS show after the races are over (approx. 10:30 pm). Performing the Dueling Pianos are the Rocket Men who also perform at such Chicago sites as Howl At The Moon, Sluggers, and more.
All of the musical performances along with the fireworks show, parking and admission to Balmoral Park are always free.
