$37,314 PICK 5 CARRYOVER AND $22,076 LATE PICK 4 CARRYOVER TO SUNDAY, AUGUST 28 CARD
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (Aug. 27, 2011) – There will be a $37,314 carryover into Sunday’s 50-cent Pick 5 and a $22,076 carryover into Sunday’s Late Pick 4 at Arlington Park. There is also a $6,463 carryover into Sunday’s Pick 6.
Arlington management is projecting a pool of $75,000 for the Sunday’s Pick 5 and a pool of $50,000 for Sunday’s Late Pick 4. The Pick 5, a 50-cent minimum wager with a low 15 percent takeout, covers races 5 through 9 Sunday, while the Late Pick 4, also a 50-cent minimum wager, starts one race later on race 6.
First post on Sunday is 1 pm. (CDT). Post time for the day’s fifth race, the first leg of the Pick 5, is scheduled for 2:58 pm. Post time for the day’s sixth race, the first leg of the Late Pick 4, is slated for 3:28 pm.
Arlington Park – the Chicago area’s premier Thoroughbred racetrack located in Arlington Heights, Ill. – will run an 86-day meet in 2011 from Friday, May 6 through Sunday, Sept. 25.
