Proposed Rules

The IRB is proposing amendments to the following rules:

• Part 603: Medication – Section 70 (Furosemide), Section 100 (Detention Barn), Section 120 (Referee Samples), Section 160 (Penalties), and Section 180 (Carbon Dioxide Tests)
  
  
• Part 1411: Jockeys, Apprentices, Jockey Agents, and Valets – Section 100 (Whips, Length and Kind) and Section 110 (Illegal Whipping)
