Adopted Amendments

The Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR) recently approved the adoption of the following rule amendments, effective May 1, 2009:

• Part 502, Licensing – changes were made to Sections 10, 30, 200, 235 and 650.
  
  
• Part 1302, Licensing – Section 90 (Possession of Credentials) was changed to permit a licensee to carry, not wear, their Board issued photo identification badge within the stable area.
  
  
• Part 1408, Licensing of Participants – Section 60 (Possession of Credentials) was changed to permit a licensee to carry, not wear, their Board issued photo identification badge within the stable area.
