Attached you will find the adopted amendment for the following rule:

• Part 200, Illinois Racing Board – add Section 200.40, Inspections and Searches, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2008.

Also, the following sections have been repealed, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2008.

• Part 1325 Section 1325.190, Inspections and Searches.
• Part 1425 Section 1424.40, Inspections and Searches.
