Adopted Rules

Attached you will find adopted rules for the following Parts effective July 1, 2008. They can also be found on the Board’s website (www.state.il.us/agency/irb) and click on Adopted Rules.

Part 306, Trifecta:
306.20 (a)(2) - change eight to seven.

Part 308, Pick (n) Pools:
308.40(b) - add “The entire net pool …” and delete “If this occurs …”

Part 321, Account Wagering:
321.10(b) - delete “The patron shall …”
321.20(a)(1) – add “daily, anonymous accounts …” and delete “short term accounts …”
321.20(a)(2) – add “permanent, named accounts …” and delete “long term accounts …”
321.20(a)(3) – add “permanent, anonymous accounts …” and delete “voucher accounts that …”
321.20(a)(4) – new

Part 510, Claiming Races:
510.250(a) – change 30 days to 20 and add “For a period of 10 days …”

Part 1413, Entries, Subscriptions, and Declarations:
1413.140(a) – delete “with more than nine interests, owners shall have the right to declare out to that number” and delete “When more than one owner expresses the desire to declare out, the right to declare out shall be determined by lot.” Add “for reasonable cause or when a note from a veterinarian …”
