Proposed Rules

The attached rule proposals have been submitted for public comment to the Administrative Code Division of the Office of the Secretary of State. These proposed rules will not be adopted by the Board until the completion of the 45 day comment period and the issuance of a “Certificate of No Objection” from the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR).

• Part 502 - Licensing - New section 502.795
• Part 603 - Medication - New sections 603.200, 603.210, amend sections 603.60, 603.90
• Part 603 - Horse Health - Amend section 605.60
