In the first division Michael Parisi’s Kissmeallover made every call a winning one in 1:57.2. Sent right to the top by driver Ryan Anderson, this daughter of Sportsmaster-Redhot Express cruised through splits of 29.4, 58.1 & 1:27.l en route to a three-quarter length decision. Helen’s Place Girl (Trace Tetrick) turned in a solid rally to finish second while His Hope (Jason Dillander) turned a pocket sitting trip into the third place check. The win was the second in 20 starts this year for the Hart Walker trainee, who rewarded the gamblers who made her the 7-5 choice with mutuels of $4.80, $3.40 & $2.80. In the nightcap drive, Sam Widger employed similar front-end tactics with Lynn Wilfong’s homebred Howboutthatsweetie as they rolled to an easy 1 ¼ length victory in 1:57.0. Hustled away from post position five, the daughter of Cape Crusader-Hey Like I Say zipped through fractions of 28.3, 58.2 & 1:28 as she won for the second time in eight starts. Wolf Creek Cupid (Dan Noble) followed the winner's every move but was forced to be the bridesmaid on this night, while Lil Lexi Lu (Mike Oosting) finished a distant third, almost 10 lengths behind the winner after making a first over bid at the top of the stretch. The Brett Wilfong trained miss was the third choice in the wagering, returning $7.60, $2.80 & $2.10. For more information call (708) 672-1414 or visit www.balmoralpark.com. |
