MORE THAN $25,000 IN HIGH-5 POOL FOR FRIDAY, JUNE 27 ALSO EARLY PICK FOUR CARRYOVER OF $10,580

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (June 26, 2008) – There will be a two carryovers to greet Friday race fans at Arlington Park. The $1 High 5 wager will have a carryover pool of $25,440 heading into the day’s final race and the total pool on that wager is estimated to reach in excess of $40,000. Earlier in the day, there will be a $10,580 carryover into the early Pick Four pool and that pool is expected to reach $30,000.

First post on Friday is 2:30 pm (CDT). Post time for the day’s second race, the first leg of the Early Pick Four, is scheduled for 2:56 pm while the 10th race post time is slated for 7:03 pm Central.

Arlington Park – the Chicago area’s premier Thoroughbred racetrack located in Arlington Heights, Ill. – will run a 96-day meet in 2008 from Friday, May 2 through Sunday, Sept. 21.
