Contact: David Zenner LATE PICK FOUR CARRYOVER FOR FRIDAY, JUNE 1 $8,537.21 Already in the Pool; $30,000 Pool Estimated for Friday ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (May 31, 2007) – There will be a $8,537.71 carryover into Friday’s Late Pick Four pool at Arlington Park. For the fifth time this meet, Arlington’s newly instituted Pick Four carryover rule will come into play. Since there were no perfect tickets on Thursday’s Late Pick Four, those who had three of four correct received a consolation payoff of $27.90 on a $1 ticket. Thursday’s Late Pick Four winners were: 7th Race -- #3 Intern ($5.60) With a carryover of $8,531 already in the pool, Friday’s Late Pick Four pool is estimated to reach $30,000. Arlington’s Late Pick Four covers races 7 through 10. First post on Friday is 3 p.m. (CDT). Post time for the day’s seventh race, the first leg of the Late Pick Four, is scheduled for 5:38 p.m. Arlington Park – the Chicago area’s premier Thoroughbred racetrack located in Arlington Heights, Ill. – will run a 94-day meet in 2007 from Friday, May 4 through Sunday, Sept. 16.
