Contact: David Zenner STATEMENT FROM ARLINGTON PARK PRESIDENT ROY ARNOLD The safety of the horses that run at Arlington Park and the jockeys who ride them are our paramount concern. We believe that we have done everything possible to make our racetrack as safe as it can be. We’ve been transparent and we’ve cooperated fully with the Illinois Racing Board throughout the process, and will continue to do so. We are confident the Illinois Racing Board will find again, the track is safe.
