ADOPTED AMENDMENTS

Attached you will find adopted amendments (effective September 1, 2005) for the following rules:

• Part 311, Superfecta, [Section 311.20], Pool Distribution - – If there are no exact winners, the net pool may be divided into 2 separate pools. The major pool shall be paid as a carryover pool into the next superfecta race and the minor pool paid as a consolation pool.
  
• Part 508, Substance Abuse, [Section 508.50(e)], Urine Test - – Updates the current rule to more accurately reflect federal guidelines governing urine testing in the workplace.
