Adopted Rule

Attached you will find an adopted rule, effective September 1, 2005:

• Part 319 - Parlay -- A new wager based on a series of races with the winnings of each race automatically used as the wager of the following race.
  

I've also attached a Table of Contents which includes the new Part 319.
