ADOPTED AMENDMENTS

Attached you will find adopted amendments (effective June 1, 2005) for the following rules:

• Part 210 (Definitions) - change "minor" from 17 to 18; and several technical changes.
  
• Part 423 (Prohibited Conduct) - new Section 423.30
  
• Part 1305 (Race Track Operators and Their Duties) - repeal Section 1305.70
  
• Part 1437 (Disclosure Rules) - repeal Section 1437.70
