One Hour Arlington Million Special to Air Saturday, August 14

Air time moved up to 9:30 a.m. due to Arlington's early post

An expanded, one-hour edition of Horsin' Around TV, highlighting Arlington 's International Festival of Racing, will air this Saturday, August 14, on Fox Sports Net Chicago.

Arlington 's first post for the Festival card has been moved up to 11:45 a.m., therefore Horsin' Around TV will air at 9:30 a.m . instead of in its regular 11 a.m. time slot. An early broadcast can also been seen at the regular 5:30 a.m. start time.

Co-hosted by producer Joe Kristufek, Dave "The Maven" Gutfreund and Daily Racing Form's Marcus Hersh, the show will feature several guest handicappers and various features centered around the biggest day in Chicagoland's live Thoroughbred season.

On This Week's Show:

  • In depth previews of the Secretariat, Beverly D. and Arlington Million.
  • Mike Costanzo looks back on the storied history of the Arlington Million.
  • Molly Ryan examines alternative forms of entertainment at the racetrack.
  • Author John McEvoy discusses his first novel, "Blind Switch."
  • Daily Racing Form handicappers break down Festival stats.
  • Peter Galassi previews Saturday night's harness action from Hawthorne.

On a weekly basis, Horsin' Around TV airs Saturday mornings on Fox Sports Net Chicago at 5:30 a.m. and again at 11 a.m. The show is also broadcast over Arlington 's signal at 11 a.m. For more information on Horsin' Around TV, visit www.dakracing.com.
