JUAREZ UPDATE

Jockey Alfredo Juarez, who injured his knee leaving the gate last week and missed a couple of days of riding assignments, had what could have been a great day on Wednesday. He won with Callya Later ($24.00) in the first, won but was subsequently disqualified with Last Epoch (4-1) in the second; finished second with B's Choice (21.60-1) in the eighth; and just missed, again finishing second, with Noble Wish (8-1) in the nitecap.

LAVIOLETTE WITH RIDING DOUBLE

Jockey Shane Laviolette scored two wins on Wednesday's card. His first victory came aboard So Who Cares ($5.60) in the seventh followed by a win aboard Big Dividend ($7.40) in the eighth.
