JUAREZ BACK IN THE IRONS

Jockey Alfredo Juarez Jr., who injured his knee in a starting gate mishap in Saturday's first race, will honor his riding commitments on Sunday. Juarez was taken to the hospital after hitting his knee leaving the gate in that first race. He was taken off the rest of his mounts but his knee was drained and, according to agent Tom Morgan, was feeling fine.

FANTASY RACE SERIES BACK ON SUNDAY

Phil Georgeff's popular series of Fantasy Races continues ON Sunday. This race pits champions from the past against those from the present. Patrons will be given a FREE ticket upon entering the track. If the post position of the the winning "Fantasy" runner matches that on the ticket, you win $50.
